The Haqooq-e-Khalq Party (HKP; Urdu: حقوقِ خلق پارٹی) is a left-wing socialist political party in Pakistan.[5][6] The party seeks to unify the struggles of workers, peasants, students, women, and ethnic and religious minorities in Pakistan under the banner of a democratic and socialist political system. It was founded by Ammar Ali Jan in 2022 as a coalition of several leftist groups [who?], initially under the name Haqooq-E-Khalq Movement, or HKM.[7]
