Terpentedienil-difosfatna sintaza (EC 5.5.1.15, terpentedienol difosfatna sintaza, Cyc1, klerodadienil difosfatna sintaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom terpentedienil-difosfat lijaza (deciklizacija).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

geranilgeranil difosfat {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } terpentedienil difosfat

Za dejstvo ovog enzima je neophodan jon Mn2+.
